HedgeStreet to List Binary Options for Natural Gas, RBOB Gasoline, and Copper

CHICAGO, December 15, 2008 - HedgeStreet, Inc., the first regulated, retail-focused futures exchange in the US for online binary options trading, announced that it will be offering new binary options based upon commodity futures. Beginning December 15, 2008, HedgeStreet members will have the opportunity to trade Natural Gas, RBOB Gasoline, and Copper binary options based off Nymex® Natural Gas Futures, Nymex RBOB Gasoline Futures, and Nymex/Comex Copper Futures respectively.*

Natural Gas, RBOB Gasoline, and Copper binary options will be offered in weekly, daily, and intraday durations. HedgeStreet will settle the Natural Gas, RBOB Gasoline, and Copper binary options to an Expiration Value calculated by HedgeStreet based upon trade prices of the Nymex Natural Gas Futures, Nymex RBOB Gasoline Futures, and Nymex/Comex Copper Futures, respectively.

Daily Natural Gas and RBOB Gasoline binary options contracts will expire each day at 2:30pm (ET), as the weekly contract offerings expire at 2:30pm (ET) each Friday (excluding holidays). Daily Copper binary option contracts will expire each day at 1:00pm (ET), as the weekly contract offering expire at 1:00pm (ET) each Friday (excluding holidays). Daily and Weekly Natural Gas, RBOB Gasoline, and Copper binary options also will be available for trading during evening sessions from 6:00pm to 9:00pm (ET) Monday through Thursday.

Natural Gas, RBOB Gasoline, and Copper intraday binary options will cover the periods 8-10am, 9-11am, 10am-12pm, 11am-1pm and, with respect to only Natural Gas and RBOB Gasoline, 12-2pm (ET).
